Projects

Resolve Insight’s team has provided digital engineering and digital construction services to major building and infrastructure projects across Australia.

Leveraging this experience, we join project teams to help define and manage their digital assets in a manner that delivers tangible value for all parties.

In recent years we have supported the following clients.

NEXTDC DATA CENTRES

Value $23m, 2019

We are facilitating a digital design and construction process in collaboration with the client’s internal design team, consultants, builder and subcontractors. We are structuring the digital environment to achieve a wide range of client aspirations relating to time, quality, cost and operational efficiency.

MELBOURNE METRO

Value $5.6b, 2017

We created the digital engineering management plan and facilitated all teams to engage with the digital environment and share information. This collaborative environment was successful in aligning a diverse range of design disciplines and enabling exacting site preparation works in very close proximity to critical existing infrastructure.

567 COLLINS STREET

$460m, 2017

We worked with the builder to generate a 3D digital model based on the 2D architectural, structural and MEP designs. We also conducted point-cloud scans of high specification areas such as plant rooms and coordinated the model, subcontractor documentation and asset management data as required.

CAULFIELD TO DANDENONG - LEVEL CROSSING REMOVAL

$1.6b, 2017

We managed the digital model for the construction teams and trades. This involved a full review of the initial structural design and major prefabricated elements to ensure the design was fully aligned. The digital data was also used to streamline and de-risk the shop drawing process for steel trades.

FMBH LEVEL CROSSING REMOVAL

$480m, 2015 – 2017

We created a digital environment to enable a high level of collaboration among the design team, modular construction suppliers and construction teams. This was critical to enable major portions of works to be delivered in fast-track 24/7 construction cycles along major rail lines.

ICTHYS ONSHORE LNG FACILITIES

$48b, 2014 – 2015

This major LNG processing plant was fully designed using digital engineering processes. We coordinated and maintained portions of the digital model, consolidating data for engineers and site teams working on complex and high-risk components as required.
